sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Inspection subaquatique du barrage de Damery<\/h2>\n<pre>GINGER \u2013 Damery (51) \u2013 2025<\/pre>\n<p>Subsea Tech a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une inspection des parties subaquatiques du barrage de Damery afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat du pied d\u2019ouvrage et des vannettes. L\u2019op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 conduite \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un ROV Mini TORTUGA \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une cam\u00e9ra Oculus M3000d, coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9gie-vid\u00e9o IP pour le suivi en temps r\u00e9el. Plusieurs moyens techniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des besoins de la mission : le ROV Mini TORTUGA \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un sonar Oculus, d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de positionnement USBL SeaTrac et du syst\u00e8me de photogramm\u00e9trie Hydro 300, le ROV Guardian, ainsi que le CataROB dot\u00e9 d\u2019un sonar multifaisceaux NORBIT. Cette op\u00e9ration impliquait la r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;une bathym\u00e9trie de la partie aval du barrage, d&#8217;une photogramm\u00e9trie du point d\u2019ancrage de la drome, ainsi que d&#8217;une inspection visuelle d&#8217;un des \u00e9vacuateurs de crue. Pour mener \u00e0 bien cette mission, Subsea Tech a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 un USV de type Catarob ainsi qu&#8217;un ROV Mini TORTUGA HYDRO. Les objectifs de la mission \u00e9taient l&#8217;inspection du parement amont, des conduites de restitution (DN 1100, 1000, 800 et 500), du bassin de dissipation, de conduites de d\u00e9rivation et du puits d\u2019alarme de haut niveau. La plupart des inspections ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec notre ROV Tortuga, \u00e9quip\u00e9 de plusieurs capteurs dont un <strong>sonar multifaisceaux 2D Oculus M750d<\/strong> (cam\u00e9ra acoustique &#8211; aide \u00e0 la navigation du ROV, identification de structures), un <strong>sonar profileur<\/strong> <strong>Imagenex 831-A<\/strong> (identification de d\u00e9fauts d&#8217;ovalisation des conduites) et une <strong>sonde ultrasonique Cygnus<\/strong> (mesures d&#8217;\u00e9paisseurs des parois de conduites). Les inspections des parties \u00e9merg\u00e9es ont quant \u00e0 elles \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es depuis un petit semi-rigide \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un moteur \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Les inspections ont port\u00e9 aussi bien sur les parties amont qu\u2019aval des barrages et se sont focalis\u00e9es sur les grilles de prise d\u2019eau, les parements, les radiers, les batardeaux et les vannes d\u2019\u00e9vacuateurs de crues. En parall\u00e8le, l\u2019utilisation du mini-ROV a permis de d\u00e9terminer le niveau d\u2019envasement en t\u00eate et en pied de barrage, par comparaison entre les c\u00f4tes th\u00e9oriques des radiers et la profondeur r\u00e9elle constat\u00e9e (par le capteur de pression sur le ROV). La premi\u00e8re mission consistait \u00e0 inspecter un bouchon de vanne ainsi qu&#8217;une conduite DN500 sur un lin\u00e9aire d&#8217;environ 15m par 45m de fond. La CNR cherchait \u00e0 confirmer le bon \u00e9tat des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suite \u00e0 des travaux effectu\u00e9s par les plongeurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 O&#8217;CAN. La compacit\u00e9 et la l\u00e9gert\u00e9 du mini-ROV Guardian utilis\u00e9 pour cette mission ont permis un d\u00e9ploiement depuis le couronnement du barrage, surplombant la surface d&#8217;environ 12m<\/p>\n<p>La seconde mission visait \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler le pompage de s\u00e9diments au pied de la vanne amont du canal de d\u00e9rivation du barrage. Cette intervention a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un mini-ROV Guardian \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;une cam\u00e9ra acoustique Oculus M750d, cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant indispensable en raison de la forte turbidit\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau et des larges surfaces \u00e0 inspecter. L&#8217;important angle d&#8217;ouverture horizontal du sonar (130\u00b0) combin\u00e9 \u00e0 sa grand port\u00e9e (jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 120m) permettait de visualiser l&#8217;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la zone d&#8217;inspection sans d\u00e9placer le ROV. La mod\u00e9lisation est effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un <strong>scanner laser 3D ULS-200 de 2G Robotics<\/strong> mont\u00e9 pour l\u2019occasion sur <strong>un chariot motoris\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un odom\u00e8tre<\/strong> d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Subsea Tech et permettant de reconstruire le mod\u00e8le 3D en temps r\u00e9el.
